Title : Business Analyst - Product Control / PNL

Schedule : (5 Days / Wk Onsite)
Description :
The Business Analyst role is integral to corporate technology initiatives, providing expertise in documenting requirements, ensuring project delivery, managing programs, and supporting collaboration across various teams involved in the software development lifecycle.
This role focuses on the reengineering of profit and loss (PNL) processes and systems, working with post-trade functionalities such as trade capture, operations, treasury, finance, compliance, and human resources.
Required Skills :
A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis within the financial services sector.
Deep knowledge of product control and profit-and-loss calculations and analysis.
Familiarity with financial products, including their valuation, risk assessment, and PNL aspects.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects throughout the software development lifecycle in dynamic environments such as investment banks, software vendors, exchanges, alternative trading systems, or buy-side firms.
Proficiency in agile development methodologies.
Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional projects and communicating effectively with development teams, users, and senior stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive as an independent and proactive contributor.
Desired Skills :
Previous experience with the governance and management of corporate technology initiatives.
Familiarity with industry best practices in software project delivery.
Proven track record of enhancing technology systems to support financial services operations.
Compensation :
Pay Range : $140000-$200000
