Title : CIS Integration Project Manager
Location : Mid-Atlantic Region (Hybrid : 2 Days Onsite Per Week)
Description :
The CIS Integration Project Manager will lead the integration and conversion workstreams as part of a Customer Information System (CIS) solution implementation. This role focuses on collaborating with business users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance customer service, billing, and risk management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive project management expertise, a strong technical background, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities : Project Management :
Lead a project team, including internal resources and third-party vendors, to execute integration and conversion activities.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking activities and reporting progress.
Produce regular status reports tailored for diverse audiences, including team members, sponsors, and steering committees.
Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Identify and address project dependencies and critical paths.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize deliverables based on agreed requirements.
Track and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation in coordination with the PMO.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management :
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors during project execution.
Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, aligning business and technical teams.
Performance Tracking :
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Review and update RAID logs regularly, focusing on risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience in a technical or business environment, or 10 years of relevant experience.
5-10 years of demonstrated experience with SAP S / 4 project implementations, system integrations, and conversions.
Strong project management skills, with expertise in managing large-scale projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent leadership and consultative skills, with the ability to facilitate and negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in MS Project, Office 365, JIRA, and SharePoint.
Desired Skills and Experience :
Graduate degree in Information Systems or a related field.
PMI certification or equivalent training.
Experience in the gas or regulated utilities industry is a plus.
Knowledge of technical integrations, including point-to-point, middleware, real-time, and batch systems.
Strong situational analysis and decision-making skills.

Pay range : $61-$87.5 / hour
