Responsibilities include extracting and inputting key data into tracking systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines, and monitoring financing terms and collateral agreements.

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and manage documentation for financial transactions.
Extract and analyze data from financing agreements and input it into tracking systems for monitoring purposes.
Verify that financing terms align with internal credit conditions and guidelines.
Maintain compliance tracking systems with accurate information regarding key stakeholders and parties.
Perform pre-onboarding checks and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Review collateral, guarantees, and covenant compliance data for conformity with agreements.
Monitor transaction timelines, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed.
Produce closing and funding notices and process associated wire transfers.
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by management.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Sound judgment in addressing unforeseen issues while maintaining policy compliance.
