Description
- We are looking for a Domain Boundary Compliance Analyst to support network policy reviews and compliance activities.
- This role involves evaluating changes to network security platforms to ensure alignment with enterprise policies, managing proxy configurations, and coordinating with technical teams to address connection issues.
- You will also assist in managing exceptions and supporting compliance workflows, working with internal tools to review and validate connection requests, and helping to mitigate potential data risks across boundary systems.
- Familiarity with internet security protocols and network address formats
- Understanding of access control and policy management principles
- Experience in reviewing and configuring proxy and firewall systems
- Ability to identify potential risks or threat categories in access requests
- Skilled in using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, document repositories, and internal portals
- Capable of validating technical request details and engaging customers for clarification
- Strong communication skills to assist end-users and explain policy-related decisions
- Experience collaborating with network, proxy, and firewall teams for technical resolutions
- Knowledge of remediation processes related to exception handling
- Consistent adherence to operational procedures and customer service standards
- At least 2 years of experience with core network security concepts such as HTTPS, TLS, and CIDR
- Experience with enterprise internet proxy solutions
- Experience with firewall management systems and compliance tools
- Familiarity with network security configurations in cloud-based environments
- Experience using audit platforms for reviewing firewall compliance
- Relevant certifications in network or cloud security are a plus
