Title : ETL Developer
Location : 100% Remote
Description :
The ETL Developer will leverage their expertise in data integration and business analysis to support the development of robust analytics solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, managing project scope, and refining user stories for the development team. The ETL Developer will ensure smooth production releases and help address risks and dependencies across teams.
Responsibilities :
Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop ETL pipelines to support data integration and analytics objectives.
Lead the project roadmap and prioritize work to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with project sponsors to define project scope and vision.
Review and interpret business requirements to ensure alignment with technical specifications.
Create and prioritize user stories in Jira for the development team.
Work with the technical delivery lead and developers to refine and estimate user stories.
Identify, resolve, or escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies across teams.
Review and approve completed user stories for development accuracy.
Coordinate and oversee production releases.
Required Skills :
5 years of experience in ETL development and business analysis.
Strong ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Proficiency with tools like Jira for managing user stories and project workflows.
Experience in coordinating production releases and resolving cross-team dependencies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and developers.
Employment Type : Full-Time
Compensation :
Pay range : $42k-60k / year
