Description :

  • The Head of AI Strategy for Retail will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategies to drive the adoption of industry-specific AI solutions.
  • This role involves developing a go-to-market plan, building industry-focused solutions, and fostering client relationships.
  • The position requires a collaborative leader who can engage across functional teams to deliver transformative solutions and establish a strong market presence.

Required Skills :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail or related industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth within the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and industry leaders.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and market research tools.

  • Experience with AI-driven technology solutions or related products.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

    Pay Range : $175000K-$250000K
