• The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and driving revenue growth in the healthcare data analytics sector.
• This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
• The successful candidate will have experience in data-driven healthcare solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive business success.
Required Skills:
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage sales pipelines.
• Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies for data analytics solutions in healthcare and life sciences.
• Strong background in proposal writing, executive-level presentations, and client negotiations.
• Experience in hiring, training, and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to manage and measure sales force performance.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and engage key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• Excellent relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
• Market intelligence expertise, including knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data science teams.
• Experience with sales operations, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Proficiency in using sales analytics tools and CRM systems.

Compensation:
