Description :
The Identity Access Analyst will support the organization by managing and securing user access to systems and applications.
This role is responsible for provisioning, deprovisioning, and maintaining account security, conducting security testing, managing access certifications, and ensuring compliance with established security standards and policies.
Additionally, the analyst will assist in the creation and upkeep of documentation for access control processes and lead security tasks during system implementations.
Responsibilities :
Manage user account provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
Process account changes and provide user support for access-related issues.
Conduct access certification reviews and security testing for system implementations.
Ensure timely and accurate access provisioning and deprovisioning.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and internal control documentation.
Monitor and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and resolve related incidents.
Lead security-related meetings and manage multiple security projects with significant scope.
Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulations.
Identify and coordinate project activities related to security.
Oversee security tasks during go-live phases of projects.
Required Skills :
Experience in identity access and security management, including tools like SAP S4, SAP C4C, and IAM systems.
Familiarity with risk management and information security strategies, tools, and technologies.
Hands-on experience in access provisioning, role creation, and troubleshooting access issues.
Knowledge of segregation of duties and sensitive access controls.
Experience with cloud identities, single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access management systems.
Strong communication, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage projects through their lifecycle and ensure timely completion.
Desired Skills :
Knowledge of additional tools such as Oracle Cloud ERP, IBM Maximo, or other similar technologies.
Proficiency in security testing and problem-solving.
Leadership skills to guide teams and align objectives.
