Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a laboratory team.
This role focuses on ensuring quality laboratory services, compliance with standards, and operational efficiency.
The Laboratory Manager will plan, coordinate, and supervise testing personnel while maintaining quality assurance programs and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities :
Manage daily laboratory activities to ensure quality performance and operational efficiency.
Supervise and train personnel, evaluate performance, and ensure team competencies.
Develop and maintain quality control and quality assurance programs.
Oversee compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for the laboratory.
Assist in proficiency testing and document management.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the laboratory's mission.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Science or Medical Technology.
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of general laboratory experience, including core areas such as hematology, chemistry, and blood bank.
Strong understanding of laboratory standards and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in personnel management and team training.
Desired Skills :
Leadership experience in laboratory settings is a plus.
Familiarity with developing and implementing quality assurance programs.
Compensation :
Pay Range : $840000K-$120000K
