Title: Lead Data Scientist
Location: Southeast Region (Remote; Occasional Onsite Preferred, 2-3 Days as Needed)

• We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Scientist to drive the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and scalable solutions for complex business challenges.
• This role involves leveraging statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization to address industry-specific needs.
• The Lead Data Scientist will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, guide a team of data scientists, and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and models to solve business challenges.
• Define, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and analytical capabilities.
• Communicate findings through compelling visualizations and reports.
• Provide innovative solutions for use cases such as object detection, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, clustering, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of data scientists to achieve project goals.
• Follow agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Analyze data to improve product development, marketing strategies, and business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
Required Skills:
• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
• Over 6 years of experience, with at least 5 years in data science or a related role, focusing on computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Expertise in statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C, or C .
• Experience developing deep learning models for tasks like image classification, document classification, and object detection.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills with a self-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to deliver technical and non-technical insights effectively.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in marketing mix optimization, price optimization, and customer segmentation strategies.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear recommendations for diverse audiences.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $140000K-200000K
