Description
- We are seeking a skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to support the deployment and automation of cloud-based environments.
- This role requires hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud security best practices.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to enhance the efficiency and security of software deployment processes, contribute to architectural discussions, and support DevSecOps initiatives.
- Additionally, this position involves mentoring junior DevOps engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving process improvements to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with development teams for seamless deployment.
- Implementation of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Ability to contribute to technology architecture discussions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including planning and task estimation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address system risks and inefficiencies.
- Ability to create and utilize metrics and dashboards to monitor DevOps maturity.
- Familiarity with tools used for Agile processes and DevOps automation.
- Experience with various cloud computing platforms.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and best practices.
- Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry.
- Ability to support cross-functional teams in implementing technology solutions.
- Participation in technology road mapping and evaluation of new tools.
