The Center has an immediate need for a bilingual or monolingual Occupational Therapist (2-3 days a week).
Type : Contract
Schedule : This role is 100% onsite (Monday through Friday, The work hours are from 8 : 30 - 2 : 30 with a 30 min. unpaid lunch break. Clinicians provide direct care from 9-2. They have 30 min. in the morning and another 30 min. in the afternoon for documentation.)
Location : Manhattan
Job Responsibilities :
Follow Individualized Family Service Plan, collaborate ongoing treatment, and facilitate goals and treatment plan for parents.
Complete daily session notes after treatment.
Prepare progress reports as per program timelines.
Maintain client records in a confidential secure manner.
Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision.
Position Qualifications :
Licensed by The State of New York as an Occupational Therapist
Must be covid vaccinated
