Title : Senior AI Data Engineer

Description :
The Senior AI Data Engineer will be pivotal in shaping data infrastructure, developing new AI concepts, and building innovative AI products.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, and Engineering, to deliver AI-driven solutions that significantly enhance productivity.
The engineer will develop and maintain scalable AI products, build and optimize data pipelines, and explore new models and tools to refine AI initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities :
Lead the development, scaling, and maintenance of AI products.
Collaborate with the Product team on impact sizing, project scoping, and prioritization.
Quickly create MVPs to test product hypotheses.
Design and maintain custom, scalable data pipelines that support AI projects.
Work closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Continuously improve AI products using new models, tools, and prompting methods.
Oversee and manage the evaluation process for AI solutions.
Required Skills :
Minimum of six years in software engineering, with at least three years focused on machine learning.
High energy and the ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience in building AI prototypes or launching AI products (please provide examples).
Expertise in developing production-grade pipelines for AI applications.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and take full ownership of projects.
Proficiency in building and optimizing data pipelines.
Experience with vector databases and relevant data integration frameworks.
Advanced knowledge of Python and TypeScript.
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and understanding their appropriate applications.
Strong communication skills and the ability to drive projects proactively.
Desired Skills :
Experience with specific AI tools and frameworks is beneficial but not required.
An understanding of emerging AI technologies and their practical applications.
Compensation :
Pay Range : $185000-$215000
