Title : Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Location : Northeast Region (Hybrid)

Employment Type : Full-Time / Perm

Description :

  • The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst leads the evaluation and analysis of structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources to support business decision-making.
  • This role ensures that business requirements are effectively translated into detailed technical design and programming specifications.
  • The analyst will oversee data analysis, identify key data sources, and adjust data architecture as needed while spearheading business intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, demonstrating leadership in a team setting.
  • Expertise in writing queries and working with relational database systems.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel data environments.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including vendors, subject matter experts, database administrators, application teams, and end users.

    • Desired Skills :

  • Experience working with claims, billing data, and identifying data patterns and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to design and implement transformation logic for data integration.
  • Experience in building ETL processes.
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.

    • Compensation :

    Pay Range : $112000K-$160000K
