Description :
We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts and play a pivotal role in creating innovative digital solutions. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with strategists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences. This position requires a balance of creativity, technical understanding, and leadership to drive projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities :
Lead the design of digital products from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with client requirements and user needs. Collaborate with strategists, engineers, and product managers to create cohesive, integrated solutions. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and uncover design opportunities. Develop comprehensive design strategies that align with client objectives and branding. Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs using modern design tools. Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas and gathering feedback. Mentor junior designers, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team. Teach and coach client teams while delivering high-quality artifacts and driving projects to successful outcomes. Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital design, UX / UI, and product development. Support business development efforts by analyzing and articulating client needs during proposal development. Required Skills :
A robust portfolio showcasing diverse digital product design projects, including leadership roles. Proficiency in UX / UI principles, graphic design, and tools for prototyping and high-fidelity designs. Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly convey design concepts to varied audiences. Experience in user research and applying insights to guide design decisions. Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-disciplinary team environments. Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Desired Skills :
Familiarity with implementing innovative digital solutions across various platforms. Proven ability to guide client teams through strategic design frameworks. Experience in mentoring or leading design teams. Knowledge of best practices in accessibility and inclusive design. Compensation : Pay Range : $51-$73 / HR
