The SFDC Commerce Cloud Consultant will play a vital role in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, configuring and customizing the platform, and ensuring that all technical solutions align with business needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the ability to manage project deliverables effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Platform Implementation and Optimization :

Configure, customize, and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

Integrate Commerce Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party systems.

Optimize existing functionalities to enhance performance and user experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of the platform.

Testing and Documentation :

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Required Skills :

Extensive experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development and implementation.

Proficiency in integrating Salesforce products with third-party applications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills :

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools for project management.
