Description :
The Trade Show / Event Coordinator II will support marketing initiatives across North American and international markets.
This role collaborates with solution marketing, product, sales, and enterprise marketing teams to promote brand visibility, support renewals, and drive revenue growth.
The coordinator is responsible for managing event marketing efforts, digital campaigns, and communication strategies to ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop and execute integrated marketing programs aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
Manage virtual and in-person event marketing for designated focus areas within the industry.
Lead digital demand generation campaigns for targeted product areas across global and regional markets.
Establish and implement effective communication strategies tailored to audience, geography, and segment.
Collaborate with sales teams to align program objectives, monitor campaign milestones, and adjust based on market changes.
Coordinate with marketing team members and business leaders to schedule and execute campaigns for optimal impact.
Required Skills :
At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with working within a geographically dispersed matrix organization.
Excellent analytical, planning, and process development capabilities.
Ability to travel within the U.S. for events, approximately 3-5 times annually or as required.
Desired Skills :
Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous but not required.
Compensation :
Pay Range : $17-$25 / HR
