What are the responsibilities and job description for the CellDZone1 - Shift3 - Production Control position at Mitchell Plastics?
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inventory counts of all finished goods and enter data into our production spreadsheet.
Adjust inventory records at month-end in our ERP system based on daily counts.
Ensure service part orders are picked, labeled, and staged one week ahead of shipping dates.
Properly manage and store partial boxes from service part orders to prevent product damage.
Communicate any service part shortages to the Production Manager, Scheduler, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely availability.
Collaborate with quality auditors and Quality Assurance to confirm the completion of service orders.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
Successful completion of a lift truck safety course.
Secondary school diploma.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with key Quality & Environmental Management Systems related to production.
Knowledge of lift truck safety and applicable forms, labels, and tags.
