The Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Account Manager based out of our Sterling Heights location. Responsibilities would include:
Provide sales support by sourcing OEM & Tier One customers, managing PO’s, deliveries, part shipments, customer documents
Gathering all of the information from FRQ packages in order to put together a thorough quote including tooling, piece price, engineering design and development costs
Responsibility of commercial issues related to current and future business including tool monies, engineering change costs, packaging cost recovery, cancelation claim
Maintain and report on monthly score cards
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has a Bachelors Degree, Engineering or Business is required
Has knowledge of plastic interior decorative and/or functional automotive components such as: Decorative trim (bezels, finish panels), air registers, consoles, cup holders
Has same/similar work experience of 2-10 years
Is experienced with GM, Ford or Stellantis as a customer
Has strong quoting and cost background
Is able to travel locally and to Canada/Mexico
