The Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Paint Sprayer based out of our Charlestown, Indiana location. Responsibilities would include:
Inspecting molded parts for defects prior to spraying adhesive
Spraying paint, adhesive, or flock on plastic molded parts to produce a quality part per customer requirements
Cleaning parts with ionized air blowgun prior to loading parts on conveyor belt
Performing all manual start-up preparations. Preparing adhesive, flocking and setting up computer
Visually evaluate sprayed parts and adjust spray gun as needed based on part evaluation and written set-up standards
Cleaning adhesive line area and other miscellaneous duties as directed
Loading mask washer, and learning all machines and how to assist in maintenance of said machines
Blowing off, inspection, and packaging of finished goods and production label creation
Our Ideal Candidate:
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Good written and oral communication skills
Must be able to wear a particulate respirator(must pass physical exam), ear plugs, and safety glasses
Must be able to work in a non-control plant (High heat possible)
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, push, and pull frequently
Must be able to train on day shift for one month or longer before moving to afternoon shift
