We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Technician position. This position will be based in our new Sterling Heights, MI plant and will report to the Maintenance Manager. Required qualifications for this role includes 3 to 5 years of training in electrical /mechanical/hydraulic trouble shooting. Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures related to job function. Below are the duties and responsibilities.
Perform PM Duties on equipment per PM Schedule.
Plastic Injection Molding is REQUIRED
Trouble shoot hydraulic problems and repair.
Trouble shoot electrical / electronic problems and repair.
Trouble shoot and repair mechanical problems.
Record corrective action.
Identify safety concerns and repair unsafe conditions.
Record repairs on PM forms.
Basic computer skills and understanding of PLC’S
Any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager or other Senior Management.
Shift time: 10:00pm-6:30am Monday-Friday (Must available to work OT/Weekends)
