Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Mitchell Subaru in Canton, Connecticut. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the dealership's automotive sales transactions. This is a full-time individual contributor role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all financial aspects of automotive sales transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders, credit unions, and other financial institutions
- Work with customers to secure financing options and present loan and lease terms
- Review and analyze credit reports and financial documents to determine creditworthiness of customers
- Accurately complete all finance contracts and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal finance and insurance regulations
- Supervise and train finance department staff
- Generate and analyze monthly financial reports for upper management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive finance and sales
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance operations and vehicle financing options
- Experience working with multiple lenders and financial institutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership finance software systems
- Knowledge of state and federal finance and insurance regulations
- Bachelors' degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred but not required)
