Responsibilities and Duties:
Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed,
Shuttle vehicles and customers off premises.
Maintain, coordinate, and facilitate the loaner car fleet.
Check in and check out loaner cars, conducting thorough walk-arounds with the customer, noting condition, fuel level, and mileage.
Keeps the loaner fleet clean, and properly maintained, and parked in an orderly and organized manor.
Generally assist with moving vehicles, aiding the Service Advisors with their day-to-day responsibilities, answer service calls in a timely fashion, and Make Appointments for service dept.
Requirements:
Previous dealership experience preferred
Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of computers
High School Graduate or equivalent
Possess a valid in-state driver's license
Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record
Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
