We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Life Sales Rep to join our team for a dynamic opportunity. This position will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of life insurance, including sales, customer service, and underwriting. Salary: $36000.00 - $72000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with potential clients through various channels
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals
• Present and explain life insurance options in a clear and compelling manner
• Customize insurance plans to meet clients' specific needs and budget
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations

Requirements

• Must live in Oklahoma
• Life and Health license is a bonus but if you don't have it we will train you and will pay for the licensing cost
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct
• Positive, inviting, and customer-oriented mindset
