In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team. This pivotal role will spearhead the development of innovative solutions and enhance capabilities that facilitate the scaling of the organization. By collaborating closely with the business operations leaders, the Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Operations will drive business growth through advanced analytics, streamline operational efficiency, and outline the requirements for cutting-edge marketing technology solutions. This role is also responsible for assessing and integrating new technologies and applications that will bolster the global marketing team’s efficacy and ensure the integration of marketing technology stacks across different regions, functions, and tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the charge in data-driven decision-making by crafting and upholding comprehensive marketing analytics and reporting frameworks to bolster marketing performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage the complete spectrum of marketing operations, which encompasses marketing automation, lead management, campaign management, data analytics, to drive greater efficiencies across teams.
- Lead a team of marketing operations experts towards the attainment of strategic goals. Oversee the tracking, attribution, and reporting on all marketing and demand generation activities to justify further investment and provide insights on the most effective channels to enhance investment strategies.
- Identify and establish best practices, processes, and tools that streamline marketing operations, elevate productivity, and refine campaign execution.
- Ensure the integrity and segmentation of the marketing database to reflect the overall go-to-market strategy, upholding data cleanliness.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams such as Revenue Operations, IT, and Finance to synchronize marketing operations with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
- Work with the Office of the CIO to evaluate and advocate all marketing technology, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, ROI, and cohesion.
- Partner with revenue operations to align our GTM strategy, improve funnel conversions and provide enablement to the marketing and sales teams.
- Manage marketing ROI ensuring spend is attributed properly and can be reported to identify ROI, and work with Finance on planning and ensuring forecasted spend and actuals match.
