Overview
This position provides onsite support for Audio Visual functions within the MFS environment for assigned client. This includes expertise in Desktop Video, Video Conferencing, Poly/Polycom, Crestron technology, and Presentation support.
This role is on-site daily at our customer location in Boston.

Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on support of A/V technologies
- Work closely with Atos AMO Management Team on support process
- Escalate when appropriate to PMO and MFS Client Services Management on-site
- Insure that all appropriate documentation is maintained and updated as necessary and Shared among A/V technicians
- Responsible for Remedy Incident queue monitoring activity and SLA performance
- Coordinate support efforts with local and International offices
- Pager duty rotation after several months on job.
- Setting up multi-purpose room furniture on occasion
- Bachelor's degree; or high school diploma 3 years of industry experience.
- Customer Service Skills
- Organizational skills
- Time Management skills
- Specific knowledge of support practices on corporate A/V technology, such as.. Desktop Video, Video Conferencing, Poly/Polycom and Crestron technology and Presentation support
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow technical process / documentation required
- Experience creating documentation for end-users preferred
- Microsoft/Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, On24 a plus
