Position Overview: As a Service Technician, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to travel between Oahu, Maui, and Kauai, providing warranty and non-warranty repairs in our customers' homes. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting products, determining warranty coverage, and communicating with homeowners and our customer service team.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Hands-On Repairs & Problem Solving: Perform warranty and non-warranty repairs at customers' homes across Oahu, Maui, and Kauai. You’ll be adjusting components, replacing parts, performing water tests, taking measurements, and documenting all work performed—no two days are the same.
- Island Travel: Embrace the freedom of exploring the islands! You’ll be responsible for traveling to various locations in your designated territory, whether driving or flying, making this a great role for those who enjoy a variety of scenery and travel.
- Efficient Parts Management: Work with our internal supplier to requisition the parts needed to get the job done right. You'll be part of a well-organized team, ensuring you have what you need to complete each service call efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Carefully review work orders for accuracy to make sure everything aligns with customer expectations and service standards.
- Safety First: We prioritize the safety of our team members and customers. You’ll adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a secure working environment on every job.
- Quality Service: Make a real impact by providing quality service to local homeowners while contributing to the community. Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Prior glass or window experience is desirable but not required; however, technical or mechanical ability is preferred/
- You must have prior construction experience.
- Clean Department of Motor Vehicle record.
- Must be able to climb a ladder.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
