Inside Sales Representative - Day Shift (Monday - Friday / 8am to 5pm)

An Inside Sales Representative job in Gratz, PA, is available at MI Windows and Doors. You should have two years of experience in a customer service enterprise setting. You will be responsible for providing superior customer service and support to MI Dealers, acting as the primary contact for assigned territory orders and inquiries. This position acts as a business liaison for the Window Distribution Channel. This position is working in the office on Monday-Friday full time. The hourly compensation is between $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Responsible to work directly with customers from assigned accounts to provide information and take orders to meet customer’s needs.
- Answers telephone responds correctly to customer questions, and processes orders in a timely manner.
- Serves as liaison between internal and external customers (including sales, plant management & engineering) as needed to resolve any issues related to orders.
- Expedites the processing of special orders to satisfy customer deadlines.
- Collects and distributes new information about updated products, markets, procedures and/or management processes.
- Remain flexible, open, and positive when faced with challenging needs and customer demands.
- Performs clerical work including any additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate concisely in a written or verbal manner and to present a valid argument and support conclusions based on that argument
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timetables
- 2 - 3 years previous experience in customer service preferred
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Must be detailed oriented
