Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, with at least three years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in the window and door industry or a related building materials industry is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
