We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our growing team in various departments. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of high-quality windows and doors. You will be responsible for assembling various components, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

- Assemble vinyl window and door components according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
- Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, screw guns) to cut, fasten, and assemble parts.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints (training provided).
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills.
