Our Sales Associates are responisble for growing sales and promoting the Milgard brand within the assigned territory. This individual will manage a book of accounts primarily through phone and electronic forms of communication; limited time in the field.
Responsibilities
• Filing, scanning and general office duties as needed• Computer Skills a must-Excel, Word, UKG, Oracle Navigation• Strong Communication & Listening Skills-Phone• Able to write clearly and effectively - presentation of information• Work the scheduled shift Attention to detail must be strong• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma, GED certificate, and 1-2 years of experience performing general administrative functions; or a combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position• Proficient data entry skills with respect to database, spreadsheet, and word processing computer applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team• Accuracy and attention to detail• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively and efficiently• Desire to work in a nontraditional, participative work environment
