MITER Brands also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGT Innovations, is one of the nation's largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are looking for a Vice President Marketing & Communications. In this role, you will be accountable for leading a team to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate the company's identity, enhance customer engagement, enable sales growth, expand market share, and meet or beat company financial targets. This is a new position being added to support business growth and will serve as a key member of the Commercial leadership team. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in brand, channel, and product marketing.
Pay Range : 172k - 215k, depending on experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the organization toward its VISION of building the most valued window and door brand in AmericaCreate, lead, and evolve the brand strategy for the organization's entire portfolio of brands, including defining brand positioning, messaging, and value propositionsManage, develop, and inspire a team responsible for category-leading content, product, and brand marketing experiencesCollaborate with other leaders and teams in the Marketing organization : Insights and Analytics : to deepen understanding of our customers, channels, and marketsProduct Management : to maximize product launches and amplify new product salesDigital and Marketing Operations : to increase impressions and drive growthCreative Services : to ensure the development of stand-out campaigns and resourcesTraining and Education : to increase engagement and enhance brand affinity
Work closely with Sales and Services leaders to create tools and resources that highlight and leverage the value-added benefits of MITER BrandsDevelop, implement, and manage the company's various brand marketing and communications budgetsEnsure that brand messaging is effectively integrated across all channels in a customer-centric mannerIdentify and initiate partnerships, collaborations, or sponsorships that enhance the brand's visibility and reputationCreate clear and compelling communications with that inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationTrack metrics and KPIs to measure the success of individual marketing campaignsReport and present the results of marketing plans to other high-level executives and cross-functional teams within the companyEnsure that marketing strategies and brand initiatives align with the overall goals and vision of the companyLeverage relevant KPIs to protect and enhance the company's brand reputation and its continued evolutionBe responsive and flexible to the competitive environment and emerging opportunitiesStay on top of the latest marketing research, brand tactics, and industry trends
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
10 years of experience in brand marketing, strategy development, and campaign execution3 years managing a national or global brand"Work hard, play hard" spirit with a commitment to mutual successStrategic planning and the ability to develop sound marketing messages that deliver resultsStrong leadership and team management skillsAgility to adapt to changing market trendsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesGoal-driven, self-motivated, persistent, and professionalExperience and familiarity with key marketing platformsStrong project management skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldAdvanced degree is desirable
