Role Overview :
As Launch Manager, you will work directly with our customers to prepare them for long-term success with Miter. You’ll manage in-flight implementations, identify areas to provide training or one-on-one coaching, and ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Customer Success. You’ll have exposure to all functional areas within Miter - Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success - and own critical projects to set the foundation for the Customer Experience team.
Responsibilities :
Manage the Miter implementation calendar and provide updates on the status of all in-flight projects to the broader Miter team
Work with customers to migrate their employee and historical payroll data from their current system into Miter
Provide training and product guidance throughout the implementation process to ensure that customers are ready to make the transition
Learn Miter products inside and out, and work directly with our Engineering team to prioritize new features based on customer needs
Qualifications :
3 years of work experience in consulting or a fast-growing SaaS company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales
Passion for training customers and internal Miter teams
Tireless work ethic and determination
High customer empathy and ability to answer product questions
Attention to detail and strong organization skills
Ability to keep track of many projects at a time

Compensation Range : $110K - $140K
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
