The hourly compensation range is between $26.00 to $30.00, depending on experience. Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 a.m.

- Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures.
- Work with the department Supervisor in the assignment and supervision of personnel to always achieve an efficient operation.
- Assist the department Supervisor to see that all manufacturing orders are followed through properly to completion and are filled out properly prior to turning in.
- Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
Qualifications:
- Prior lead/supervisory experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Compute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure.
- High-level of Mechanical Aptitude
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
