A Production Coordinator job in our Ultra Fiberglass Department in Tacoma, Washington is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. In this role, you’ll have mechanical aptitude with the ability to use other hand tools. You will assist in the work activities of the department team members. Additionally, you work directly with the department supervisor and department lead to seeing that all manufacturing orders are followed through properly to completion and are filled properly before the deadline.
The compensation range is between $23.00 - $24.00, depending on experience. The position requires a start time of 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Compute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure
- High level of Mechanical Aptitude
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
