We are seeking a Per Diem RN, 20 hours a week who is highly skilled and a motivated Clinical Nurse Consultant (RN) with a passion for improving senior care services. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding clinical skills, a keen eye for auditing, and strong LTC leadership experience. This role involves significant interaction with Skilled Nursing Facilities, requiring an individual who can adeptly manage and respond to the evolving needs of the senior services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments of senior care facilities.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance on best practices in skilled nursing and personal care.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to improve client outcomes.
- Lead educational sessions and workshops for staff and management as needed.
- Regularly travel throughout the state of Pennsylvania and other states as needed to meet with clients and assess facilities.
- Ensure timely delivery of consulting visits according to our contractual obligations.
- Submit client reports after completion of customer site visit per company guidelines.
- Maintain effective and timely communication.
- Stay current on issues and regulations that affect the industry and long-term care field.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania; BSN preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Regional Clinical or Director of Nursing with a strong background in skilled nursing and personal care home regulations.
- Proven track record of leadership and the ability to drive positive changes in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
