This position will assist in performing a variety of data collection and data summary tasks on stream and wetland mitigation banking projects. This person also performs basic duties for various projects as assigned.
Job Description :
Tentative start date of mid / late May 2025 or early June 2025.
Essential Duties :
- Field monitoring and data collection of wetland and stream mitigation sites
- Operating a tractor for tasks, including spraying, bush hogging, disking, and road grading
- Perform invasive brush clearing, tree felling, planting, seeding, and other restoration activities
- Provide survey assistance for stream and wetland restoration projects
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and increase employee safety awareness
- Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience :
Currently enrolled in an accredited college / university program, preferably with the completion of one year towards a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, Forestry, or related field of study.
