Overview
- As a Mitlyng Sales Manager, you will drive sales of electric, heating, cooling and plumbing solutions by identifying customer needs, providing professional advice, and delivering exceptional service
- Your role will involve building relationships with homeowners and businesses to recommend home services products and services tailored to their specific requirements
- Your role will also involve outside sales, selling maintenance plans and service contracts to Business customers across our 35-mile service radius and beyond
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate electric, heating, cooling and plumbing solutions
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including estimates and financing options
- Educate customers on energy efficiency, product warranties, and system benefits
- Conduct in-home consultations and evaluate current system setups (panels, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specialty trades products and industry trends
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Skills
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in collaboration sales techniques that drive team success.
- Proficiency in technology sales, with an understanding of the latest industry trends.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective presentations and negotiations.
- Proven experience in outside sales environments, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand complex products and articulate their value proposition clearly.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all levels of engagement.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
