Mitotec Precision is seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain production equipment, following established safety procedures and protocols.
- Troubleshoot complex systems, identifying and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install and diagnose mechanical components, ensuring optimal machine performance and operator safety.
- Implement scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned machines, optimizing up-time and reliability to support team goals.
- Provide emergency repairs on all production and facility equipment, maintaining production flow and meeting customer commitments.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring minimal interruptions in operations and optimal supply chain management.
- Communicate regularly with colleagues on work status, promoting a collaborative and effective working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical diploma as a Maintenance Technician a plus.
- 2-5 years' experience in maintaining and repairing manual and/or CNC machines.
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma controls preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in Facility Maintenance, with 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
- CNC Machining experience a plus, but not required.
- Welding skills are a plus.
