Position Overview
The Director of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of production, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive process improvements, manage cross-functional teams, and scale operations to meet business growth objectives. This role is ideal for a results-driven operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing end-to-end operations to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Production Management: Oversee manufacturing and production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Implement process improvements to optimize output and reduce waste.
· Fulfillment Operations: Lead order fulfillment strategies to enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction. Ensure warehouse and inventory management systems are efficient and scalable.
· Logistics & Supply Chain: Develop and manage logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, distribution, and vendor relationships. Optimize supply chain efficiency while minimizing costs and lead times.
· Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operations, reduce bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
· Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams across production, fulfillment, and logistics. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
· Performance & KPI Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, cost savings, and service levels. Use data-driven insights to drive operational decisions.
· Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operational processes comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in beverage, alternative markets, manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, or distribution industries.
· Strong expertise in production processes, warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving efficiency improvements.
· Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives.
· Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to drive performance and accountability.
- · Proficiency in EKOS, ERP, WMS, and supply chain management software is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
