Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all aspects of kidney transplant procedures, ensuring patients receive the best care.
- Provide educational resources to both patients and medical staff regarding kidney transplant processes and post-transplant care.
- Oversee patient preparation for transplant surgery, including pre-surgery counseling and post-surgery follow-up.
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses and staff within the transplant department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including OPTN, CSM, and Epic guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with transplant advancements, research, and industry best practices.
