">Job Summary:
">We are seeking an experienced CNC operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced set-up & operation of CNC machines, without assistance, per set-up sheets & work instructions. They should be able to verify, edit programs, calculate speeds & feeds, and determine tooling requirements. Additionally, they will establish tool offsets using tool setter, create programs using Haas VPS, and setup/establish work origin using WIPS.
">Responsibilities:
">This role involves operating and setting up CNC machines, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience with Optical Comparator, AutoCAD, and SurfCam programming software. They should be able to communicate effectively, work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety.
">Requirements:
">To excel in this position, you will need advanced knowledge of G & M codes, solid math skills, and excellent blueprint reading/interpretation skills. You should be able to communicate effectively, work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety. Experience with ERP system transactions, Microsoft Office, and Outlook is a plus.
