Aid in the development of manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment. Assist in advancing the company's mission and objectives and in promoting revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.

- Developing, troubleshooting, and refining manufacturing processes and equipment
- Write work instructions to transfer manufacturing processes from Engineering to Production.
- Analyzing areas for improvement and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with automation design, development, and implementation.
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager.
- Currently pursuing a BS degree in Mechanical or other engineering field.
- Knowledge and experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software.
- Experience working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and ability to apply this knowledge to manufacturing and product design.
- Knowledge of drawings, specifications, and dimensional tolerances
- The salary range for this position is $21 - $26. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
