- Automate movement of liner to the pinch rolls on welding lines Phase 2
- Evaluation & Optimization of High-Speed Mixing procedures
- Update the CAD drawing for the site
- Perform other such duties as may be required
- Collect and analyze data to eliminate redundant or unnecessary processes, improve existing processes, and Prevent maintenance
- Assist process Engineer for Test Plaque Samples (Secondary Pigment Suppliers)
- Test alternative detergent FDA product for the High-Speed mixers
- Complete Annual wire test to ensure the product meets the criteria
- Perform root cause analysis leading to corrective and preventive action initiatives.
- Learn about the company's manufacturing operations and participates in activities to review products being built and areas where projects will occur.
- Reverse Engineer the 16' Debeader for the 10' Welder.
- Industrial or mechanical/process engineering education/experience
- Excellent mathematics skills, Statistics Exposure
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Pursuing a degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Able to work on-site in the Delmont office
- Self-starter with a demeanor for growth and continuous learning
- Excellent quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- SolidWorks or AutoCAD preferred
- The salary range for this position starts at $19.75. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
