- Wrap, package, and transport film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures.
- Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level.
- High School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence
- Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing, and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training.
- Must be dependable and able to work in team-based environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams
- Able to work 12-hour shifts.
- There are four shift models. You will be assigned a shift after completing the initial training: Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm, Monday-Thursday 7pm-7am, Friday-Sunday 7am-7pm, Friday-Sunday 7pm-7am.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- The starting pay is $19.00 with open progression up to $24.55 plus up to $2.50 differential depending on shift. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
