The SRW Lead works with the SRW Supervisor to ensure company policies and procedures are followed while maintaining a safe and productive workplace and provide the best level of quality for our customers. The Lead will assist with training and motivating operators to meet company goals and customer requirements.

Education
ORGANIZATIONAL SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY

Has responsibility for the following team members: Serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area

Duties And Responsibilities
- Implements safe work practices.
- Trains and monitors operators and plant for safe work practices as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Training and development of operators in procedures for SRW area and company
- Leadership, morale, team building, and providing feedback of department operators.
- Time management of both workforce and equipment.
- Monitors inspection by operators to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Accurately record data on Pick Tickets, Inspection Forms, and other SRW related documents.
- Strives to meet company goals.
- Is driven to continuous process improvement.
- Maintain Forklift license as issued by Mitsubishi.
- Other duties as assigned by department Manager and Supervisor.
Education
- High school diploma required
- Experience in a warehouse facility
- Pay for Skills Level 3 and up is preferred, but not required.
- Has a current Mitsubishi issued Forklift license and have a safe driving history
- Proficient with all SRW equipment and procedures
- Strong attendance record
- Familiar with all SRW related documents

- Dexterity manipulation required for use of hand tools and light equipment
- Must be able to push/pull material using pallet jack
- Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs., occasional lifting up of 50 lbs
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment to include safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and additional PPE as required
- Correctable eyesight required
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, forward reaching, and twisting
- Occasional squatting, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and above shoulder reaching
- Able to stand for extended period of time
- Dexterity manipulation required for use of hand tools and light equipment
- Must be able to push/pull material using hand cart or pallet jack
- Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional lifting up of 50 lbs.
- Infrequent lifting up to 75 lbs.
