Job Purpose

This role within our organization has been designed and created in order to better serve our top tier customer’s growing needs and goals and has a specific focus in responsiveness and quality improvement for the customer’s product line.

The Customer Quality Engineer will act as the liaison between our customer and the organization, you are the representative and point of contact that takes care of the customer’s needs. Responsible for continuous product and process quality improvements. Conducts investigations into NCs and CAPAs stemming from customer requirements. Leads root cause analysis to identify risks. Resolves customer issues appropriately and in a timely manner. Knows and applies fundamental engineering concepts into the investigations and through the direct customer portal communicates and documents all required information.

Has a direct line to the customer and the customer to you to address any questions. Has interpersonal skills that magnify the ability of the organization to communicate and improve the long-term relationship. You are the voice of the customer and your voice will translate the customer needs into clear action plans.

The salary range for this position is $96,000- $121,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
