What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting workstation hardware, software, and networked devices.
- Work closely with the IT support team to tackle challenges and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Assist with software and hardware upgrades, new technology rollouts, and system enhancements.
- Ensure seamless operation of enterprise software management systems and multimedia equipment (projectors, video conferencing, smart whiteboards, and more).
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot corporate applications to keep our business running smoothly.
- Use the corporate helpdesk system to track and resolve IT support tickets, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Represent the IT Department with professionalism and a solution-driven mindset, collaborating with employees, vendors, and consultants.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Associate’s degree in a computer-related field and 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of PC repair, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, SCCM (or similar platforms), and enterprise applications.
- A solid understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, Windows Networking, and Windows Security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you're a team player who can explain technical issues in a clear, friendly way.
- A sharp analytical mind and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve IT challenges efficiently.
