What You Will Do :
- Drive Product Strategy : Lead the strategic direction of the IT Cooling product line, ensuring alignment with market needs and MEPPI’s overall goals.
- Manage P&L : Oversee the financial performance of the product line, ensuring profitability through effective budget management and cost control.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams : Coordinate efforts across sales, operations, engineering, and quality teams to successfully execute product development and market growth strategies.
- Shape Product Lifecycle : Manage the entire lifecycle of IT Cooling products, from conception to market introduction and end-of-life.
- Foster Market Growth : Develop and implement growth strategies, ensuring the IT Cooling line evolves with market demands and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Engage with internal and external stakeholders, from sales teams to customers and partners, to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
