Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager, Residential.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting product marketing and brand management strategy of the Mitsubishi Electric Trane US HVACR product portfolio. Core focus areas of product marketing include, but are not limited to, strategic product positioning, G2M strategies, product planning leadership and line up, literature and channel management, customer relationships, KPI tracking, and key performance metric execution. This position is a critical big-picture leader who executes on daily tasks to move the business forward with a passion for product and customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Leads prioritization of residential projects and identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance Product Marketing performance.
  • Leadership for long-term planning for multi-year product delivery strategy.
  • Lead development of balanced technical product launch materials, in collaboration with the Residential Product Management team, to support the introduction of new products into the US and Latin America markets.
  • Liaison to Regional Marketing Managers to develop tools for sales and training.
  • Subject matter expertise on residential competitive landscape to model strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Leadership presence in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.
  • Responsible for overseeing and updating marketing platforms, including website content, business partner portals, and related assets.
  • Lead collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to develop and enhance marketing support materials such as brochures, catalogs, and other sales assets.
  • Work with outside agencies as needed to provide guidance for marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality marketing presentations to internal and external audiences to introduce new campaigns, initiatives, and tactics, harmonizing technical details with key feature stories and benefits.
  • Communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders (i.e. agencies) daily.
  • Track and report on KPIs to measure strategic effectiveness.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% to for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly internationally
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Finance or other business related field required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of marketing or strategy experience focused HVACR (or similar) industry preferred.
  • Salesforce Experience a plus.
  • Project Management expertise (Jira).
  • Data driven decision maker.
  • Must be customer-focused and professional.
  • Must be process-driven but flexible.
  • Must be highly organized and team oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a dynamic team.
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $104,000 and $143,000 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.
